The combination of hands on therapeutic touch with live acoustic sound healing music often provides an ethereal and transcendent state of being. Each session is 90 minutes, and we work with you to select the massage therapist and sound practitioner that will best suit your preferences and wellness goals. What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing, also know as sound therapy or sound bath, is a live performance of acoustic healing music. Depending on who of our incredible team of sound practitioners, sound healing may involve the use of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, harp, guitar, gentle drums, gong, vocals and other obscure and beautiful instruments.​ Many studies show positive benefits of experiencing sound healing, such as improved mood, accelerated tissue healing and more. Because everything is frequency and energy, in essence, sound healing music "retunes" your body and mind into a more balanced state.
