When you schedule a massage at Breathe Wellness, you're entrusted with a fantastic team that has over 65 years of licensed, professional experience. Based on your specific health needs, your therapist will creatively tailor each massage treatment just for you. Our clients visit us for many reasons, some common ones being for mind and body relaxation, pain relief, athletic recovery, surgery or injury recovery and head ache relief. Our most common massage styles include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Prenatal applications. What if I'm pregnant? Congratulations! Know that we're happy to work with you regardless of pregnancy stage. At 2nd and 3rd trimesters, we will set up bolsters and pillows to offer you a combination of side lying or semi reclined massage to ensure you and baby remain safe and comfortable during your sessions.

Do you bill insurance? No, but we have a reimbursement option that's three easy steps. 1) You pay for the service and invoice fee, *the latter only if needed. 2) We create and print the reimbursement invoice for you. 3) You send the invoice to your insurance for reimbursement. First please check with your provider, as they operate differently. *Sometimes all you need is a receipt to show proof of purchase. Let us know if you need an invoice ahead of your appointment time, and we'll be sure to have that ready for you.

What's your policy in working with children? Appointments for children are available for either 30-, 45- or 60-minute lengths, children must be at least 12 years old and there must be a parent or guardian present for the first session.
