How does the program work?

Upon signing up, you immediately qualify for the 25% discount on all CBD, retail and community wellness events (for you and a loved one when you choose the 6-month package.) We'll routinely schedule your massage treatments for every three weeks, begin coordinating your personalized sound healing massage and register you for upcoming events. We recommend working with each of our massage therapists overtime and attending several group sound healing events, as our practitioners each have their own unique style and areas of expertise. We'll curate the ideal combination of modalities to suit your preferences and health goals. What is sound healing?

Sound healing is a performance of live healing music with a touch of guided meditation. Depending on the practitioner, sound healing may involve the use of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, harp, guitar, drums and vocals.​ At the microscopic level, your body is buzzing with atoms, cells, organs and tissues that constantly emit electro-magnetic frequencies. Even your emotions and thoughts emit frequencies. When you become stressed, overworked, etc., those frequencies become distorted. In sound healing, the vibrations of the music retune and restore you to a balanced state of being. After our community sound events, clients have stated that they feel incredibly rested and grounded in the present moment; tension and worries have decreased; clarity brought forth; and a sense of refined purpose and connection re-established.
